Meet Paula Fisher …… Paula has been working in HR, supporting SMEs, for over 25 years. She has a passion for making HR easier and using technology to support HR and save time.
Paula recognised that many SMEs find it difficult to keep up to date with HR and employment law. Earlier in her career she would draft handbooks and HR documentation for client and then send updates for the client to action. But they never did, because they were busy with other priorities.
This left the client and the business vulnerable as employment tribunals are littered with cases where employers have lost claims because they either tried to rely on out-of-date policies or could not demonstrate that they had communicated the policy or update to the employee.
The solution was for Paula and her team to do it for the client, and this is where YourHR.space was born. Since then, YourHR.space has developed into a sophisticated HR software package. It’s uniqueness is in the fact that the content is drafted and then updated for the client by Paula and her team, and content and updates are manage for the client on an ongoing basis, including communicating changes to employees.
